Paul Fangmeyer
paul-fangmeyerAs Vice President of ULTRA's Operations, Paul provides oversight of ULTRA’s field operations.  With his 30 plus years of construction experience, Paul is widely recognized by clients as a trusted construction professional and partner, focused on exceeding expectations and producing genuine value through a comprehensive, true team approach. Paul’s eye for detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects and personnel, creates an outstanding construction experience. Paul has managed the refinement of ULTRA’s construction systems and procedures to maintain a tight rein on operations as the firm has grown exponentially. With Paul’s leadership, new and existing client relationships have been further cultivated, with ULTRA seen as the go-to contracting firm when results are critical. An expert in planning, scheduling, and coordinating the efforts of all team members, Paul constantly focuses on finding ways to deliver greater value to the client. With his deep background in all phases of construction, from skilled tradesman to construction executive, Paul has fostered the development of many staff members and subcontractors.  His engineering and construction management skills make him an ideal team leader, particularly for the largest, most complex projects.  Paul provides expert leadership to ensure each ULTRA professional provides the highest standard of service, and clients receive consistency from job to job and year to year. Paul is married and has four children who all excel at sports and academics.  When he is not making things happen in the construction business, Paul gets some relaxation by undertaking personal design and building projects on his and close friends’ homes.
Michael Piantedosi

Mike is the president of ULTRA Company, founded with his wife Victoria in 1988. He is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of ULTRA both internally and externally. His philosophy of Building Trust and Delivering Excellence is the core principal that carries through Mike’s daily work. With trust and excellence as the foundation of his core beliefs, Mike has evolved ULTRA from handling residential renovations and large-scale commercial finishes, to ultimately a prominent commercial general contractor. With long term relationships and referrals, Mike has built ULTRA Company’s reputation as a can-do construction firm focused on the needs of our partners – the client.

As a Bostonian, Mike found a passion for the relationship between buildings and people. The restoration of decaying buildings into contemporary residences and workplaces inspired Mike about the endless possibilities the construction industry contributes to our society. As a retired Fire Department Captain, Mike values the importance of leadership, trust and teamwork. He demands high standards throughout all company operations in his commitment to providing clients with the best construction experience possible.

Organizing the numerous technical and management aspects along with overcoming challenges of construction is second nature to Mike. In maintaining a hands-on approach to business, Mike directly oversees the operations of the High Security Facilities Division with its SCIF design/builds. As a first responder to the Pentagon on 9-11, Mike is deeply committed to assisting organizations and firms responsible for the security of the United States.

Even with the demands of his executive responsibilities, Mike commits time to regularly visit project sites, assuring his priority of “Building Trust and Delivering Excellence” is delivered by personnel, subcontractor and vendors.

Victoria Piantedosi
 Victoria co-founded ULTRA Company with husband Michael after nearly 20 years of Federal government service with the CIA, Department of Navy, and Department of Veterans Affairs. Her roles encompassed security, administrative, and management analysis work. Victoria’s financial, operational and management background has facilitated the growth and evolution of ULTRA into a highly reputable construction firm sought out by major corporations and real estate organizations throughout metropolitan Washington, DC.   With ULTRA Company, Victoria is the senior strategic leader for financial, HR, legal, and marketing activities. She focuses on the coordination of executive management and daily administrative operations assuring clients requisites and expectations are fully met. She is adept at keeping staff focused in order to attain both clients’ desired results and ULTRA’s objectives and goals. As majority owner of ULTRA Company Victoria has worked to achieve the recognition and certification by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a SWaM (Small, Women-owned and Minority-owned) business.   Victoria oversees ULTRA’s philanthropic efforts with both national and local metropolitan organizations. Through monetary and material donations along with hands-on service efforts performed by both Management and Field personnel, ULTRA has helped such organizations as March of Dimes, Wounded Warriors, Special Olympics, Junior Achievement, Fairfax Humane Society, and Habitat for Humanity. Personally, Victoria has taken on roles as a mentor mom, fund raising for the United States Coast Guard Academy Parent Association, and was a previous board member in the Northern Virginia Swim League. She is currently looking forward to assisting at the World Police and Fire Games held throughout Northern Virginia in summer of 2015.
Cristian Quintana
Cristian Quintana - Vice President Exterior Restorations has 14 years experience enabling him to address all of your exterior maintenance requirements to ensure your owners and tenants remain happy.  Cristian can help you identify solutions before they become a problem.  Also, when challenges occur, he can help you mitigate any damages to get you back on track as quickly as possible.  
John Quinn
John is the Senior Vice President of ULTRA Company’s Property Management Services which includes the Painting, Masonry Restoration, Waterproofing and Repairs Divisions.  He has more than 20 years experience providing excellent service and completing high quality projects for leading firms in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and beyond.  His expertise includes painting, waterproofing, masonry restoration, caulking, structural repair, concrete repair and flatwork, asphalt, EIFS & Stucco repair, demolition, remodeling and carpentry in both the residential and commercial markets.  John has owned and operated a class A general contracting company and managed large multi-million dollar projects in both the restoration and new construction arenas. John’s restoration expertise and commitment to customer service is why clients trust him with rejuvenating their structures and assets. These assets include hotels, condominiums, commercial offices, high rises, hospitals, apartments, churches, parking garages, shopping centers, malls, retirement communities, resorts and private residences ranging from Washington D.C. to Reno, Nevada. John is married with 3 children and takes great pride in being a husband and a father.  John is a passionate outdoorsman and loves spending time with his family and friends. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and a passionate Hokies supporter.
