Replaced 11,390 LF of wet seal glazing assemblies and perimeter sealants including curtainwall, storefront, operable punched windows, and entrance doors. Repointed all limestone mortar joints on building totaling 10,800 LF. Repaired damaged soffits at east elevation entrances and added flashing with drip edge at overhead limestone bands. Removed and replaced sealant at railing post pockets throughout property. Granite monument sign repair. Regraded east elevation entrances.
