Stonecroft Building Renovation

Façade and building renovation including the redesign and construction of multiple building entrances to modernize and reposition large warehouse/office property. Work included structural demolition; new structural steel and concrete; curtain wall and storefronts; EIFs; and construction of new vestibules for multi-tenant layout. building exterior was cleaned and coated.

Design-build assist of 24,600sf corporate headquarters with high-end finishes and an additional 8,900sf of swing space.  In-place renovation with meticulous team work and detailed communication for a design to budget initiative with an accelerated construction schedule.

Hanscomb

Demo and build-out of 4,402 SF of office space for this project management and project cost consulting firm. 8 week accelerated schedule with high-end millwork, glass walls, and special finishes. The reception area includes a slat wall ceiling system.

10,331 SF tenant space renovation and new construction. From preconstruction, lease negotiation and delivery, the ULTRA team stayed on top of the accelerated schedule and successfully delivered the space earlier than anticipated.

Crystal City Marriott

Pressure Washed 100% of the building envelope, Applied an industrial-grade clear sealer to all brick and concrete surfaces from ground to roofline, Replaced exterior sealants on top 2 floors, and washed all windows.

Ballston Medical Center

Repaired concrete facade, installed new joint sealant, pressure washed and installed new waterproofing coating on entire façade changing the color and look of the building.

Ballston 880 Condo

Prepared and painted walls, ceilings, elevator doors and unit doors in the corridors on 10 floors, including the lobby and amenities using new colors. Removed/replaced the carpet in these same areas. We also prepared and painted the stairwells. Completed on time, without complaints and with no punch work.

The General Manager was very pleased with the work, he had no deficiencies to report. Thanks for a job well done!
