Extensive renovation of an existing 10,000 SF space including large scale mechanical, electrical and plumbing additions, with a new backup generator and CRAC units placed on the roof of the 12-story property. Glass entries, sidelights, and walls were added, as well as upscale acoustical ceilings with unique curved drywall bulkheads. Customized millwork was installed throughout the executive and public areas.
