A new sport has found a home in Northern Virginia. Last month Pickleballerz opened its new facility in Chantilly, Virginia. ULTRA Company worked for over eight months to bring this dream into a reality for owners Beverly and Greg Raelson.
ULTRA Company’s team was involved from the start. We helped create a solid budget, worked with architects to shape the design, and then built this massive 20,000 square-foot facility. Over the course of eight months, our team managed every element of this project and lead each stakeholder through successfully completing their part. Covid- 19 related complications and shutdowns presented many challenges to work through, and we are excited to finally share the results with everyone!
Pickleballerz is the first indoor facility in the Mid-Atlantic region. It features six custom built courts, a practice court, and an amazing food court area. An easy sport to learn and understand, we are sure it will continue to gain popularity throughout our area.
